communicated to the seller/merchant and the shipping process has started or the
product is already out for delivery. In such cases, you may refuse to accept the
product at the time of delivery.

perishable products such as flowers, food items or other similar goods.
However, a refund or replacement may be considered if the customer establishes
that the delivered product is defective or of poor quality.

to contact the respective manufacturer directly for warranty claims and related

the refund will be processed within
3 working days.
The credited amount may take additional time to reflect in your account depending
on your bank or payment service provider.
