  1. Cancellation requests will only be considered if they are made within 2 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant and the shipping process has started or the product is already out for delivery. In such cases, you may refuse to accept the product at the time of delivery.
  2. Giridih Municipal Corporation does not accept cancellation requests for perishable products such as flowers, food items or other similar goods. However, a refund or replacement may be considered if the customer establishes that the delivered product is defective or of poor quality.
  3. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report the issue to our Customer Support Team within 2 days of receiving the product. The request will be processed after verification by the concerned seller or merchant.
  4. If the product received is different from what was displayed on the Platform or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Support Team within 2 days of delivery. After reviewing your complaint, an appropriate resolution will be provided.
  5. For products covered under the manufacturer's warranty, customers are requested to contact the respective manufacturer directly for warranty claims and related services.
  6. Once a refund request is approved by Giridih Municipal Corporation, the refund will be processed within 3 working days. The credited amount may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment service provider.
