Shipping & Delivery

  1. Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier services and/or India Post Speed Post, depending on service availability.
  2. Orders are generally dispatched within 1 working day from the date of order confirmation and successful payment, unless a different delivery schedule is agreed at the time of purchase.
  3. Delivery timelines are subject to the operating schedules and service standards of the courier company or postal authority.
  4. Giridih Municipal Corporation shall not be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company, postal department, natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  5. All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accurate and complete.
  6. Confirmation of service delivery or shipment details will be sent to the registered email address provided during registration or at the time of placing the order.
  7. Any shipping, courier, or delivery charges collected by the Platform Owner or the seller (where applicable) are non-refundable, even if the order is cancelled, returned, or refunded, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
